Sherry Wine Cake
A delicious variation on a classic favorite.
- 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 regular package vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cream sherry wine
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ - 1 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients and beat for 5 minutes on medium speed. Pour into well-greased tube pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Put powdered sugar on top when cooled and serve.
