Chicken and Stove Top Stuffing
Quick and filling main course made from scratch!
- 2 chickens – boiled, boned and diced
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup), melted
- 1 package of stovetop stuffing (or similar)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together, then pour in a casserole dish.
- Cover top of casserole and bake for 40 minutes.
