Chicken and Stove Top Stuffing
Quick and filling main course made from scratch!

Ingredients:
  • 2 chickens – boiled, boned and diced
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup), melted
  • 1 package of stovetop stuffing (or similar)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, then pour in a casserole dish.
  3. Cover top of casserole and bake for 40 minutes.
