Another recipe for Spaghetti Sauce, handwritten by Linda.
- 2/3 cups olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- ¼ pound olives
- 1/3 cup grated cheese
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil then add onion and garlic. Sautee for 2 minutes but don’t brown. Then add green pepper, tomatoes and olives. Stir over medium-low heat for 4 minutes, salt and pepper to taste.
