Simple Greek Salad
Just as the name implies: a quick, easy and fresh addition to your main course.

Ingredients:
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 of a large red onion
  • 1 medium jar of pitted kalamata olives
  • crumbled feta to taste
  • olive oil
  • oregano
Directions:
  1. Chop cucumber in half, then into quarters, slice moon shaped pieces. Chop tomatoes (not too small). Chop red onion 1/2 coarsely, add all ingredients to the bowl.
  2. Add drained olives, crumbled feta and a drizzle of olive oil to vegetables, stir well until everything is mixed.
  3. Sprinkle oregano for flavor and flair, serve and enjoy!
