Simple Greek Salad
Just as the name implies: a quick, easy and fresh addition to your main course.
- 1 large cucumber
- 6 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 of a large red onion
- 1 medium jar of pitted kalamata olives
- crumbled feta to taste
- olive oil
- Chop cucumber in half, then into quarters, slice moon shaped pieces. Chop tomatoes (not too small). Chop red onion 1/2 coarsely, add all ingredients to the bowl.
- Add drained olives, crumbled feta and a drizzle of olive oil to vegetables, stir well until everything is mixed.
- Sprinkle oregano for flavor and flair, serve and enjoy!
