Sherry Wine Cake

Sherry Wine Cake
A delicious variation on a classic favorite.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 regular package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cream sherry wine
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ - 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients and beat for 5 minutes on medium speed. Pour into well-greased tube pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  3. Put powdered sugar on top when cooled and serve.
